Workshop & Event Tickets Refund Policy
Because we reserve your seat and prepare supplies especially for you, workshop and event tickets are nonrefundable.
Plans change—we get it! You’re welcome to transfer your ticket to a friend at no extra charge. Just contact Mahlon Made before the event with their name and info.
If you can’t attend, contact us. If we’re able to resell your seat, we’ll refund your ticket. Otherwise, cancellations and missed attendance aren’t eligible for a refund or store credit.
If Mahlon Made cancels the event, you’ll receive a full refund. If we reschedule, you may attend the new date or request a full refund.

Do I need any experience?
Absolutely not! Whether you're a seasoned maker or haven't touched a craft supply since elementary school, you're welcome here. We'll walk you through the process, and you'll leave with something you made yourself.
What's included in my workshop ticket?
Everything you need to complete your project! Supplies, tools, and instruction are included unless otherwise noted in the event description. Just bring yourself and your creative curiosity. In some cases your ticket will also include things like drink/food tickets or other extras depending on the venue. This will all be outlined in each event description.
Can I come by myself?
PLEASE DO! You don't need to bring a friend to make one. Come solo, grab a seat, and enjoy a little time doing something just for you.
Are workshops kid-friendly?
Some are! Each event listing will specify any age requirements. Unless an event is specifically advertised as family-friendly, please plan for an adults-only experience.
What if I can't attend after purchasing a ticket?
Because supplies and seating are prepared in advance, workshop tickets are subject to the cancellation policy listed on each event page. Please review those details before purchasing.
Can I book a private workshop?
Absolutely! Birthdays, girls' nights, team outings, and just-because gatherings are kind of our thing. Head to the Private Parties section above and tell us what you're dreaming up!
